TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using any service provided by Sicuro Shipping Limited ("Sicuro"), the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

By proceeding with registration, submitting shipments, utilizing shopping assistance services, or otherwise engaging with Sicuro, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

Continued use of Sicuro's services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any future amendments.

2. Scope of Services

Sicuro Shipping Limited provides courier, freight forwarding, logistics, and related services, including but not limited to:

• Shipping between the United States of America and Jamaica

• Tax-free Florida shipping address

• Air freight services

• Sea freight services

• Online shopping assistance services

• Personal shopping services

• Package pickup and drop-off services

• Pickup services through Package Hub, Knutsford Express, and delivery through approved logistics partners, where applicable

Sicuro Shipping Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its sole discretion without prior notice.

3. Shipping Schedule

Air freight shipments are scheduled approximately four (4) times per week.

Sea freight schedules vary depending on shipping origin, carrier schedules, customs processing, and cargo availability.

All schedules and delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier operations, weather conditions, port congestion, regulatory requirements, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond Sicuro's control.

4. Service Areas, Pickup & Delivery

Sicuro Shipping Limited offers package collection and delivery services through approved pickup locations and logistics partners throughout Jamaica.

Current pickup and collection options may include:

• Package Hub – Half Way Tree, Kingston

• Knutsford Express locations islandwide

• Lucky Hill / Glengoffe, St. Catherine (Sicuro Representative Pickup)

• Lawrence Tavern, St. Andrew (Sicuro Representative Pickup)

• Lacovia, St. Elizabeth (Sicuro Representative Pickup)

• Santa Cruz, St. Elizabeth (Sicuro Representative Pickup)

Additional pickup locations may be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.

Delivery, transfer, and handling fees are separate from shipping charges and may vary based on destination, package size, weight, value, service level, and any special handling requirements.

Sicuro Shipping Limited is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

5. Responsibility, Risk & Liability

All shipments are transported at the customer's own risk.

Sicuro Shipping Limited assumes limited liability for loss, damage, delay, or errors.

Where liability is established, Sicuro's liability shall be limited to the lesser of:

• The declared value of the shipment; or

• JMD $10,000 per shipment

unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Responsibility begins when a shipment is received at Sicuro's warehouse or collected by Sicuro and ends once the shipment is released to:

• The customer

• An authorized representative

• PackageHub

• Knutsford Express

• A customs authority

• Any other approved third-party logistics provider

Sicuro Shipping Limited is not responsible for:

• Vendor or supplier errors

• Incorrect information provided by customers

• Packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered before arrival at our warehouse

• Customs delays or inspections

• Carrier delays

• Acts of God or force majeure events

• Losses caused by third-party service providers

6. Packaging & Fragile Items

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipments are properly packaged.

Sicuro Shipping Limited is not responsible for damage resulting from inadequate packaging by vendors, senders, or customers.

Fragile items, including but not limited to electronics, glass items, ceramics, liquids, cosmetics, collectibles, and similar goods, are shipped entirely at the customer's risk.

7. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers must comply with all applicable Jamaican and U.S. laws.

Prohibited and restricted items include, but are not limited to:

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances

• Firearms, ammunition, and weapons without required permits

• Explosives, hazardous materials, and flammable materials

• Counterfeit goods

• Obscene or illegal materials

• Certain food, agricultural, and plant products without required approvals

• Live animals

• Cash, cheques, negotiable instruments, or currency

Certain products may require permits, licenses, or approvals from Jamaican authorities.

Any prohibited or undeclared item may be seized without compensation.

Sicuro Shipping Limited accepts no responsibility for penalties, fines, confiscation, or legal consequences arising from prohibited shipments.

8. Customs, Duties & Government Charges

All shipments entering Jamaica are subject to inspection and assessment by the Jamaica Customs Agency (JCA) and other regulatory authorities.

Customers are solely responsible for:

• Accurate declarations

• Providing invoices and proof of value

• Payment of customs duties

• Payment of GCT, SCT, and any other applicable taxes or fees

• Providing a valid TRN where required

Failure to comply may result in delays, penalties, seizure, or additional charges.

9. Shopping Assistance & Personal Shopping Services

Sicuro Shipping Limited may provide shopping assistance services, including online purchases and in-store purchases from retailers in the United States on behalf of customers.

For shopping assistance services:

• Full payment must be received before any purchase is made

• Customers must provide accurate product information, specifications, sizes, colors, quantities, and links where applicable

• Customers must approve quotations before purchases are completed

• Submission of a shopping assistance request does not guarantee acceptance or processing

• Sicuro Shipping Limited reserves the right to decline any shopping assistance request

Payments made for completed purchases are non-refundable.

Sicuro Shipping Limited acts solely as a purchasing agent and is not the manufacturer, retailer, distributor, or vendor of purchased goods.

Sicuro Shipping Limited is not responsible for:

• Vendor delays

• Vendor cancellations

• Stock shortages

• Backorders

• Incorrect items supplied by vendors

• Product defects

• Warranty claims

• Sizing issues

• Compatibility issues

• Customer preference issues

All returns, exchanges, refunds, warranties, and store credits remain subject to the policies of the retailer or manufacturer.

Additional service fees may apply for in-store purchases, pickups, or special shopping requests.

10. Payments

All fees are payable in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless otherwise specified.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Bank transfer

• Cash

• Other approved payment methods

All charges must be paid in full prior to shipment release or service completion.

11. Claims & Complaints

All claims must be submitted in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of package receipt or customer notification.

Claims must include:

• Invoice or proof of value

• Photographs of damage, if applicable

• Supporting documentation

WhatsApp messages, social media messages, and verbal complaints do not constitute formal claims.

Failure to submit a claim within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

12. Storage & Uncollected Packages

Packages not collected within twenty (20) days of notification may incur storage charges of JMD $100 per day.

Packages remaining uncollected after sixty (60) days may be donated, auctioned, abandoned, or disposed of to recover storage and administrative costs.

Customers remain responsible for any outstanding balances.

13. Identification & Collection

Valid government-issued identification is required for package collection.

Sicuro Shipping Limited reserves the right to refuse release of shipments where satisfactory identification cannot be provided.

Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred pickup location during registration and notifying Sicuro Shipping Limited of any requested changes before shipment arrival.

14. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made at least three (3) hours prior to the scheduled service, where applicable.

Cancellation fees may apply.

Sicuro Shipping Limited reserves the right to cancel services at its discretion.

15. Refusal of Service

Sicuro Shipping Limited reserves the right to refuse service to any individual, organization, shipment, or transaction that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or operational policies.

16. Amendments

Sicuro Shipping Limited may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon publication on Sicuro's website, application, or other official communication channels.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Sicuro Shipping Limited and the customer and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
